Psychedelic Integration Support
Coaching

Psychedelic integration refers to the process of integrating and making sense of the experiences and insights gained from using psychedelic substances in a therapeutic or ceremonial context. Psychedelics are substances that alter perception, thoughts, and feelings, and can induce a range of experiences such as altered states of consciousness, mystical or transcendent experiences, and emotional release. Integration is the process of bringing these experiences into daily life, reflecting on them, and integrating them into one's sense of self and worldview.

Psychedelic integration typically involves several components, including psychological, emotional, and somatic (body-based) processes.Through your psychedelic journeying We will work together to process and make meaning of the psychedelic experiences, addressing any challenges or insights that arise. Integration may also involve engaging in self-reflection, journaling, meditation, or other practices to further explore and integrate the insights and lessons from the psychedelic experience.

The goal of psychedelic integration is to help people integrate their psychedelic experiences into their lives in a meaningful and healthy way. It can assist with processing challenging emotions or memories that may have surfaced during the psychedelic experience, integrating new insights or perspectives, and making changes in one's behavior, relationships, and lifestyle based on the insights gained. Psychedelic integration can also help individuals cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, enhance their overall well-being, and promote personal growth and transformation.

Who is this for and What the process looks like:

This is for anyone that is doing their own Psychedelic work. From microdosing to macrodosing, to ceremony's or solo trips, Integration coaching is for anyone that wants a space to unpack their psychedelic experience post trip, or for people who have had psychedelic experiences in the past and still need support, or for people preparing for a psychedelic experience as well, as the preparation prior to a journey is just as important.

Psychedelic integration support coaching may be beneficial for individuals who have undergone or are planning to undergo psychedelic experiences, such as the use of psychedelics in a therapeutic or ceremonial context, and are seeking guidance and support in integrating the insights and experiences into their daily lives. Some potential candidates for psychedelic integration support coaching may include:

  1. Individuals who have experienced challenging or difficult psychedelic experiences and are seeking help in processing and integrating those experiences.

  2. Individuals who have experienced profound insights, spiritual or mystical experiences, or other significant shifts in perception during a psychedelic journey and are seeking support in integrating those experiences into their lives in a meaningful way.

  3. Individuals who are interested in using psychedelics as a tool for personal growth, self-exploration, creativity, or problem-solving and are seeking guidance on how to best navigate the psychedelic experience and integrate the insights into their lives.

  4. Individuals who are preparing for a planned psychedelic experience, such as a guided psychedelic therapy session, and are seeking support in setting intentions, creating a safe environment, and integrating the experience afterwards.

  5. Individuals who have a history of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, or other psychological conditions, and are considering using psychedelics as part of their therapeutic journey, and are seeking guidance on how to safely and effectively integrate the experience into their ongoing mental health care.

  6. Individuals who are interested in exploring the potential benefits of psychedelic microdosing and are seeking guidance on dosing protocols, integration practices, and optimizing the benefits of microdosing for their specific goals.

  7. Individuals who are interested in learning about the risks, benefits, and best practices of psychedelic use and are seeking evidence-based information and guidance on harm reduction, set and setting, and safe and responsible psychedelic use.

My skills and expertise:

As someone who has had extensive experience with psychedelics in various modes of use, including microdosing, macrodosing, preparation, and integration, I am well-equipped to provide guidance and support for individuals who have also ventured into the realms of psychedelics, or who are curious to start. My journey with psychedelics began as a teenager, but it wasn't until 2014 that I began to approach them with intention and reverence. I started incorporating spirituality, mindfulness, preparation and integration into my practice of journeying, taking a more ritual like or ceremonial approach. Over the years, I have explored many psychedelic realms for healing, recreation, and learning purposes. I was first driven by a curiosity to experience the weird, wild, fun, mysitcal, euphoric, colorful entity-occupied realms that these substances can unveil.

Following the recommendation of Terence McKenna, I began my own protocol of "5 dried grams in silent darkness".  After a profound Ayahuasca experience in 2016 I began exploring psychedelics for healing, using them therapeutically and ceremonially in conjunction with western therapy modalities. In 2019 I began exploring low dose psychedelic (psycholitic) assisted somatic psychotherapy which had a profound impact, adding a whole new depth of healing trauma with these medicines.  I have had a diverse range of experiences with various psychedelics such as psilocybin mushrooms, Ayahuasca, LSD, MDMA, and Ketamine. While Ketamine is not technically classified as a psychedelic, I have had very psychedelic experiences with it recreationally, therapeutically.

Additionally, I have more than two decades of experience using cannabis and have tried other plant medicines and substances, such as DMT, Tobacco in the forms of mapacho, hapè, ambil, among others, albeit to a lesser extent. I have also explored substance-free altered states through sensory deprivation float tanks, fasting, and more.

As someone who has traversed these realms firsthand, I have also held space for individuals and groups. I am trauma-informed and knowledgeable in creating a safe set and setting, as well as adhering to the standards, practices and principles of harm reduction. My extensive experience with microdosing further adds to my expertise in supporting individuals with psychedelic integration.

I deeply understand the significance of these peak experiences and the need for safe and supportive integration. Drawing from my own trial and error, as well as years of experience, I am committed to providing you with professional guidance in a grounded and relatable manner. I am passionate about helping you navigate your unique path with care and understanding, just as I wish I had someone to support me when I first started out. I will be there to listen, provide guidance, and coach you along the way, as you integrate your psychedelic experiences into your life.
